"Do not hesitate! Book it!! It is gorgeous - spacious and well done in every way. Whether there are 2 of you or 18, this place has it all. PERFECT getaway house. With little thoughtful details everywhere and the comfort and coziness of home, this property has earned our #1 favorite rental at Innsbrook. Owners were great and I urge you to give this place a try- you won’t be disappointed. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Most everything was as depicted in the listing. The only thing I would suggest to the host is to have more detailed TV/cable instructions. We were trying to watch the Mizzou vs Oklahoma game and had no clue to get to the SEC network. Not a lot of detail in the welcome packet. Thx"

"Overall our stay was nice. House was just enough space for a family of four. The views were pretty and the deck and enclosed porch were pros. House was clean (kitchen could have been a bit more clean). The pool was the biggest hit with the kids, lazy river and poolside bar were great! Everyone we met were friendly and seeing deer on the side of the road was a special treat. We underestimated the amount of bugs we encountered..so bring your bug spray. It was disappointing to deal with so many...

"My husband and I are locals to the area. We needed more space for us and some out of town close friends. It happened to snow while we were at the VRBO. It was beautiful. I will say that you will need to plan accordingly vehicle wise if you stay during the winter. Luckily we have 4 wheel drive SUVs. "This is a lovely spot in the woods. Beautiful views from the house and deck. It has a nice little lake for the kids to kayak on, kayaks provided. It also has a place for a small bonfire to enjoy and make s'mores. Our family had a wonderful weekend here."

"Definitely peaceful--heard the roosters every morning, but they didn't wake us. The pond was clean, beaches were clean. We enjoyed taking walks and playing in the water. Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"The entire resort community had quiet lakes, a great pool and playground and lots of fun activities Well equipped cabin with even more water sports gear available than is in the listing. Kids size kayaks were a huge hit It was nicely air conditioned despite hit and humid outside "

"We enjoyed our stay. Pleasant cabin and would consider possible return. For the price point, a couple of things could have been reviewed for functional usage. The main back slider door could use probably cleaning of thr track and re greased for currently its almost rendered nonusable. We used thr bedroo. Slider instead. Also the picnic table umbrella is broken. Wont stay open. So we removed it from table to use table and placed it backafter our stay. Wusable. "

"We came here for the weekend and had an absolute blast. The worst thing about it is that we were here in November and it was too cold to truly enjoy all this place had to offer. There were some doors that were fidirt and one that didn't close all the way, this didn't lock (master bedroom), so we hoped it was a safe place. It felt like it was, but that did concern my wife a little. We loved the eclectic design of the home, and there was plenty of space. It was a good location and we got to enjoy...
