This house is basically new from a 2021-22 complete renovation. Now we have new marble bathrooms, contemporary luxurious bedrooms, granite counters, 2nd story ocean view deck, hot tub for 7, outdoor sink & shower.

Imagine . . . no sound greater than the crashing waves.

Nearly every room has stunning ocean views in your large -five-bedroom three-bathroom luxurious beach cabin. With a private hot tub that seats 7, 2nd-floor viewing deck, large front yard, and miles of sandy beaches, there's more to do than you'll have time for!

Just think ... after you're done roasting marshmallows on the beach you can relax in the living room with a welcoming warm gas fireplace and comfortable leather sofas and chairs. The perfect spot to curl up ... until you decide to slip into the hot tub.

A luxury dream vacation cabin . . .

The house has a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen. Plus, there’s a large oak dining room table that seats 12. Or, you would rather eat out? . . .There is everything from fast food to very affordable family dining within 20 minutes.

There are three extravigent bathrooms, one has a tub. Upstairs there is a sink and mirror for teeth brushing and face washing but this is NOT a fourth bathroom since there is no toilet. Rinse off all your beach treasures in the stainless steel outdoor sink and for the fearless, there is an outdoor shower where you can see the stars and rinse off at the same time.

The main floor has two master bedrooms with king-size beds. One has an en suite and a stunning marble fireplace you can turn on. Upstairs there are 3 gorgeous queen-size bedrooms along with a comfy futon on the landing.

Grab your mocha and your book and linger on the spacious front porch with a beautiful view and privacy for your children to run and play in the large grass yard after you are done flying kites, building sandcastles, beachcombing and exploring.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was roomy, the downstairs bedroom with a fireplace was so comfortable, the hot tub was large and fantastic, and best of all its a short easy walk to the beach! Lori communicated right away when I had a question about the hot tub. I would 100% recommend this house.

Verbo emailed the wrong number for the key box. We had no service and couldn't open the app to see if there was a different number. My brother in law came and was able to open it on his phone. Sure enough...there was the right number in the app. You are expected to do a lot of laundry. The neighborhood is sketchy. We had to go to the next town over for restaurant and grocery

Wonderful Space for a Family Get-together
Our stay at Pacific Beach was everything it was promised to be. The accommodations are clean and well-maintained and the back yard is large for games and play. The ocean is a short walk away and the beach is great for play or just enjoying the pounding of the waves. The owners are very easy to work with and communications were promptly answered.

We stayed eight nights and didn't want to leave. Our 3 year old grandson got teary eyed. Lots and lots to do around there, though the days on the beach were our favorites. We forgot a couple important items and that made our grandkids sad, but that was the only mar to a perfect family vacation.

IT IS NOT AS CLOSE TO THE BEACH AS YOU ARE LED TO BELIEVE BUT THE HOME IS STILL VERY CHARMING .
This place needs a little attention but still a great rental overall. The addition of a second bathroom will make the place a better family stay. It is not as close to beach as you might think from the description but still a good rental.

Amazing time at Pacific Beach
Our extended family stayed for the 4th of July week and had an amazing time. The house and host were lovely. House was perfect for our group: rooms and beds were comfortable, house was very well stocked for all our needs, hot tub got lots of use, the views from the deck were beautiful, and the beach was only a short walk across the street. The owner, Lorrie, is very warm and was super responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 5-stars across the board!

Wonderful Beach Stay in the Cutest House
Home was very well appointed with many welcoming extras. The group enjoyed the short walk to the beach and easy access. The hot tub was clean and quite warm. Kitchen and restrooms were very well stocked. There really is nothing else we could have wanted. Do be aware that the house is not near a store so be sure to shop ahead. We had the beach nearly to ourselves and loved the peace and quiet.

Wonderful

Son's Birthday at the Beach
We have three small kiddos, and we had some of our friends from college meet up with us. The house was perfect, it had everything we needed and more. There was a crib, high-chair, BABY spoons, plenty of kitchen towels, you name it... the house had it. It was right by the beach, we took a path right to the water, we were able to fly kites in the big yard, and walk over to the coffee shop. We will most definitely be back, we've stayed in several places in Pacific Beach, none of them compare.

Overall, this property is as advertised. Beautiful views, close to the beach, comfy beds and a big hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked with hardware, short on paper towels and garbage bags. Although there is a heat pump mini split it the dining area, the rest of the house was chilly. It was 30 degrees out so we made heavy use of the space heaters and gas fireplaces. The biggest issue I had was with the lack of cleanliness. As a nurse, who brought my 80 year old mother for her birthday, it was concerning. Counters were dirty, as was the dining table. Dust bunnies abound, debris on the floors and stairs, dirty duvet covers & bath mats. Luckily there was cleaning supplies and two washer & dryers. I reached out to the owner, who was responsive but only offered $100 off my next visit. For the cleaning fees I paid for and the subsequent amount of cleaning we had to do, there won’t be a next visit.
