Family Coast weekend
Plenty of bedrooms, places to gather, toddler dishes, games, especially loved all the childrens books, very comfortable, kitchen had so many appliances/dishware/etc no need to bring all the extras, nice large dining table as we like to have family meals.

Family Christmas gathering
Fun for all ages. Our family fit wonderfully in this house for the holidays. Kids from 1-9 enjoyed the hidden room where they could write on the walls while the adults had plenty of space to mingle and relax. We would definitely stay at this house again with large groups.

2020 Covid Family Vacation
Perfect size house and property to accommodate 20 people ranging from 10 months to 78 years old. Beautiful front yard allowing for grass activities In addition to the large park across the street. Currently set up for soccer and adjacent to the pool which unfortunately due to Covid we were not able to use. Two blocks from the small town with a few restaurants, local market and a bit of retail shopping. Only another block away to the beach. This house was selected as it was pet friendly and our Havanese adjusted perfectly We are already looking forward to our return to this wonderful location.

Family Fun at The Washington House
The Washington House was just perfect for our large extended family... enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The steam shower was a huge hit! We all enjoyed cooking our meals in this well appointed kitchen, with a pantry to die for. We made wonderful memories together during our stay at Seabrook... Hope to come back soon... ❤️⚓️❤️
