The spacious garage provides plenty of room to unload and spread out your sandy beach gear. There is also a large stainless steel sink that's perfect for rinsing off seashells and cleaning the catch of the day. A convenient hot water faucet by the front entrance makes rinsing sand from shoes and paws a breeze before heading inside.
Adults can relax in the living room full of warmth with cozy seating and smart TV or whip up meals in the gorgeous chef's kitchen with ample meal prep space. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is a Ring doorbell at the primary entrance to the home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
