"Wir haben den Bungalow mit 5 Frauen gemietet um unseren gemeinsamen Studienabschluss zu feiern und etwas Erholung zu finden. Lemmer war dafür ein Idealer Ort. Der Bungalow war modern und durchdacht eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Im Garten ließ es sich herrlich in ruhiger Umgebung entspannen. "When I booked the location, I found other photos. The tiny house (number 120) didn't have two bedrooms - but only "bunks". The washbasin war very small - we could not brush our teeth without moistening the small cabinet under the washbasin and the floor / the ground. "The listing did not reflect what we found. We came with 6 adults and two cars, but could not get a second key and fob. We entered the house and found the beds were not made and ready. There were dirty dishes stacked in the cupboard. There were spiderwebs and dirt inside the house. The outside and laundry room were a messy. Some of the screens were broken. The listing said the pool was fenced, but when we asked if we could use, they said no we can’t. Declutter and use some quality furnishings....

"Tolles und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Lage ist für einen sehr ruhigen Urlaub optimal. Leider sind die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten selbst für nur ein paar Frühstücksbrötchen 8 KM in Lemmer entfernt. Bei schönen Wetter eine Runde mit dem Fahrrad bei schlechten Wetter ohne Auto nicht machbar. In Rutten selbst ist außer Ruhe nix. Wir sind aufgrund des Wetters viel Auto gefahren."

"Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem,was benötigt wird.Sehr nah am Deich/Strand gelegen.Stadt Lemmer gut fußläufig zu erreichen.Nette idyllische Innenstadt mit sehr schönen Geschäften und tollen Restaurants. wir waren schon zweimal in Lemmer und werden es sicherlich auch noch mal sein!!😊"

"We are a group of 5 women (ages 55-87) and we stayed for 4 nights. This house was a perfect base for our daily trips to tour the 11 cities. While we didn’t cook much at all, we noticed the kitchen was very well equipped. We mostly just enjoyed evening snacks and wine and the water view is very tranquil. The stairs were easy to navigate for my 87-year old mother and we appreciated having bathrooms both up and downstairs. The couch was comfortable and we loved having a screen on the sliding door....

"What a relaxing time we had! The ducks come up in the morning and beg to join you for breakfast. People smile and waive in the boats passing by and even a load of cows on a boat came by. We can’t say enough about this lovely rental. Everything was absolutely gorgeous! The finishes were all high end and the relaxation you feel on entering this place is priceless! Make sure you don’t miss the opportunity to stay here. We’re so glad we came"
