"먼저 호텔은 아니고 에어비엔비 숙소를 호텔스닷컴에 등록했다고 보는게 좋을것 같습니다. 룸은 거실겸주방이 있고 여기에 2인용 쇼파와 2인용 식탁이 있고 공용욕실이 있습니다. 안방에는 퀸사이즈침대, 옷장과 함께 별도의 욕실이 있고 작은방에는 싱글사이즈 침대와 옷장만 있습니다. 3인가족은 넉넉하게, 어린아이가 있는 4인가족까지는 지낼만 할것같네요. 청소상태가 좀 좋지는 않았는데.. 이점은 콘도가 노후화 되어서 인것 같습니다. 하지만 수영장, 휘트니스센터 등 공용시설과 관광지들과의 거리등 여행적인 요소는 매우 만족했습니다. 추천합니다. "

"한국 분들은 많이 안오시는 거 같아 한글로 남깁니다. 상당히 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 직원분들 친절하시고 2층에 계신 매니저? 사장님 분 영어 매우 잘하시고 건물 관리에 상당히 신경쓰는 듯한 인상이었어요. 위치야 어차피 좀 외곽이어도 택시 부르면 금방금방 잘 옵니다. 그리고 체크아웃하고 제가 애플정품 충전기를 깜빡했는데, 다음날 혹시나 하고 찾아가보니 비닐로 포장해서 기다리고 있었다고 내주시더라구요. 동남아에서 그렇게 잘 안찾아주는데 감격해서 청소하시는 분께 팁 사십바트 전달해달라고드리고 왔음. 외국인들은 많은데 한국인들이 별로 없어요 많이들 오세요 ㅎㅎ"

"This is a wonderful property with a wonderful host. Communication was outstanding before, during, and after our stay. The property is great. So many condos in Chiang Mai have paper thin walls. This property does not, so there is plenty of privacy. It is in a great location. Very comfortable, with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Will definitely be back!"

"Extremely spacious, very private, secure. The manager, Nan, couldn't have been more helpful. She was lovely. Our critiques would be that the bed is quite hard, the internet connection is very poor, the lounge upholstery seriously needs re-covering, and there needs to be shade cover outside by the pool."

"We are family of 4 and stayed here for 4 nights however we were placed in this 1 bedroom with addition of 2 thin single beds were squeezed into this room that made us hardly able to move around, it should only designed for 2 people max. "Stylish, spotless and well-appointed location a 10-min walk from the old city. Spacious room, excellent and accommodating staff, cheap laundry machines, great breakfast.
