Even though Whispering Cascades is situated on 2 acres, it is connected to the owner’s property and offers 10 acres of additional guests’ privacy! After dinner, as the sun sets behind the North Carolina mountains, enjoy watching the skies change colors from the quaint front porch while having a night cap as you witness the closing of God’s glorious day! For those guests who enjoy flying airplanes, we are located 7.2 miles or 13 minutes from Andrews Airport. This idyllic location offers the best of both worlds to those in close proximity to the airport and Whispering Cascades and the beautiful natural surroundings of God’s creation. Just 15 minutes from Murphy, NC, the main Hwy 64/74 is 2.4 miles from Whispering Cascades Cabin. For fun day trips, you are ideally located to the main hwy. to explore the quaint mountain towns of Andrews, Nantahala Gorge, Asheville, Robbinsville, Murphy, Blairsville and Blue Ridge, GA and the Ocoee Whitewater Center in Tennessee which is directly off Hwy 64/74. We are on-site and available to meet any needs you may have. Please do not let that deter you as we honor your privacy and also like ours to be honored. The properties are far enough apart to offer privacy and each have their own drive. Please feel free to email us with ANY questions or details you would like to know before you stay!
