"The report was beautiful and a great location. We loved the size of the unit and the room our family had. Beds were very comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly."

We really were only here for our room so we didn't try the pool there, or basically anything else except for our room. We had a super smooth check in. Everyone was extremely friendly to us. The only thing I did not like was the timeshare piece. It was all for deep discounts on entertainment. If I'm on vacation, I already bought those things so it's useless for me. " The place was nice & very clean however there was black mold growing out of all the A/C vents, bed was a little firm for Us & the headboard was disconnected from the frame needs proper fixing We put a bolt back in… for our stay. (Wish I knew the owner I’d suggest a few small changes & the place would be perfect!) "

"It took over an hour to check in which was nerve wracking after an 8 hr drive with 2 grandkids-our reservation with them didn’t agree with what we booked and what was confirmed. It was remedied by the resort the next morning. All the staff that we dealt with were very helpful and kind. The facility was wonderful and in a great location. I will definitely book with them again, and I’d recommend that anyone reading this should book with them too. "

"Excellent quick stay. I am VERY picky when it comes to hotels. I am a light sleeper and I would consider myself a germaphobe. It was nice and quiet with the fan going at night and the room was very clean. Beds were comfy too! The hotel was hip and trendy with a super cozy vibe in the lobby. Loved the decor. Breakfast left a lot to be desired but I guess pretty standard. Would definitely love to come back and use the soaking tubs/explore the creek next time we are in Branson. Thank you so much Ozarker!"
