"If you're with a smaller group (4-6) and involved with anything Mulberry River, this is a wonderful location. In addition to being about three minutes from Turner Bend (and about one minute from Highway 23, the property has its own river access if you're canoeing or kayaking.The property was squeaky-clean and had plenty of space. It also has three decks, so any time of day was a great time to hang outside. Well-stocked kitchen with any imaginable implement, along with a washer and drier. Excellent location and experience!"

"My wife and I had a great weekend away. We took the jeep out on the trails for the day and headed back to our awesome little stay at the covered wagon. We recommend bringing a comforter or sleeping bag. It’s easier to cool the place than warm it. It was clean and cozy! It was so nice to take a hot shower after a day full of chasing waterfalls. It’s not far from Bryd’s Adventure area where we enjoyed a delicious steak dinner and the Oark Cafe where we had a great breakfast before heading back to reality. "
