I have little to say other than the property was wonderful! bedroom to bathroom ratio was ideal for our family. Multiple gathering spaces including 2 outdoor spaces was ideal. Easy walk to little downtown and even Finley Farms. A wonderful stay!

Family Reunion
Several members of our family from different states came to town for my grandfather's birthday. The house was a perfect fit for our needs. This was actually the second time we stayed here and would love to return in the future.

The house was beautiful. We were a group of 12 teachers and administrator who were meeting to discuss plans for next school year. Plenty of room to spread out. Easy to get to Springfield for shopping and eating.

Beautiful House - Plenty of Space
This house has been beautifully renovated! 7 cousins (+ 3 spouses) were in town for a family funeral, and had a wonderful family reunion! This house had plenty of space for several different hang out areas. And the 6 rooms/4 bathrooms were perfect for 10 adults. The kitchen had plenty of space to accommodate several people cooking and cleaning.

We had an amazing time at this place. There was more than enough room for my family/friends to comfortably sleep and hang out. Great location as well. Absolutely beautiful house. So unique. The only complaint I can think of is that there is an ant infestation in the kitchen. Just a slight inconvenience, but other than that it was wonderful. Thank you!

The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for us and our children. There was plenty of space for them to all hang out together but enough room for them to have their own space. Rooms were very clean and even better than we expected. We will definitely look back to coming again and we will tell our family and friends about this property as well. This was an amazing 1st vacation with my boyfriend and I’s children together..and it was a fantastic experience.

Great Getaway Spot for Large Family
This house was the greatest find! It has 6 bedrooms 4 baths which was just perfect for a multi-generational family trip to visit with extended family members living in Ozark and nearby Springfield, MO. The home boasts a large dining table, great kitchen with lots of cooking utensils, three comfortable sitting areas inside and a couple more outside. The house was spacious, set on a quiet street very near the town square. We were able to walk to take in the annual Ozark Christmas Parade on Saturday evening during our stay. We were thrilled with the accommodations and everyone had a wonderful time! It was the perfect choice!

Wonderful house for our girls trip
This house in Ozark is beautiful!! It was perfect for our group of 6 friends. More than enough space for all of us to relax and hang out when we weren’t out and about exploring (shopping, eating, touring, sightseeing, etc) Ozark, Branson and Springfield - so much to see and do! Comfortable beds, comfy couches, clean bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and upstairs mini kitchen/coffee bar. Rachel is an excellent host - responded right away when we had questions - and she has thought of everything with the furnishings in this house…lots of extras not always provided in a vacation rental. We all agree that we would definitely stay here again :)

Room for the whole family!
This home has been beautifully renovated and is clean, bright, and modern with lots of high end amenities and tons of space! It's convenient location makes accessing Springfield MO & Branson MO attractions easy. We traveled with a group of 9 and really appreciated having the large dining room table and open kitchen area to gather, play games, do crafts, and eat together. Each room has it's own heating/air-conditioning unit, so everyone was able to set their temperature to a comfortable level-- that was really nice! Shannon is a fantastic host and was very responsive to our questions and messages. We had a great stay and would recommend this home to anyone traveling with a large group or large family.

Perfect for our group
We had a great time at this house and it suited our needs perfectly. We had older ones that were both happy to have rooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The kids and parents had plenty of room on the second floor. We were especially happy to have 3 full baths upstairs, since we were there for an event that we needed to be dressed up for early in the morning. We had a blast playing the games that were available and we loved the coffee and tea choices left on each floor. The one issue we had during our stay, a tripped circuit breaker in the kitchen, was responded to quickly and handled in a way that was convenient for us. If I was to have one suggestion, most family sized vrbos we have stayed at have something for younger kids, blocks or toys from happy meals, ect. It was nothing a trip to the store couldn't fix. The house is so pretty and simple, we can not wait to stay here again soon.

This home is newly updated. Lots of space and well furnished with everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking for our large group. It's close to Springfield and Branson and right in the middle of Ozark with lots of local activities near by. We'd definitely book this property again if back in the Ozark area.

Wedding Bliss
Our wedding was at Finley Farms, and this house was spacious and set up perfectly for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready together. A perfect house for large gatherings. It helped in making the perfect weekend!
