Spread out over three stories and spacious enough for up to eight lucky guests, this beachfront dream is ready to host your next getaway to the Pacific Coast. On the main level, prepare meals in the unique, well-equipped kitchen with high-end, stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the table for six while you look out at the ocean. And then split up and find your way to one of three different living spaces including two on the main floor (one of which has a convenient wet bar) and one upper-level lounge, all comfortably furnished and all boasting wall-mounted, flatscreen TVs.

Outside, relax and enjoy the ocean breezes on the upstairs balcony or the furnished patio, and then step down onto the soft sand and find yourself in the water in no time.

WHAT’S NEARBY
The refreshing waters of the Pacific are steps away, giving you VIP access to activities like swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, and much more. Just a few blocks from your door, discover local coffee shops and casual cafes, as well as marinas offering boat rentals and charters. Be sure to pack your golf clubs, because the Seabee Golf Course is a short, two-mile drive from your front door. And escape the city by making the 15-mile journey to Point Mugu State Park for some beautiful, scenic hiking trails.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Hollywood Beach House
The house has an excellent location and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. There are a few things that could use some attention from management/owner but overall it is a great beach house.

Perfect Beach House
We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was exactly as pictured. Beach was quiet and enjoyable. We struggled with the upstairs shower water temperature at first. A couple of written tips would be helpful! Some kitchen items (pots & pans, a few dishes) could have been cleaner. Great stay! Would stay again.

Amazing property
Hollywood Beach is a bit of a hidden gem - and empty in October - it’s like having a private beach! The weather was amazing - we enjoyed every minute. This house is one of the best! It’s fresh and clean - everything you could want, they have. From hairdryers to corn hole to bocci ball to all the kitchen necessities. The layout is terrific with plenty of room for the family to spread out. We could have used a couple of extra fans as a few nights were quite hot. But other than that - I just hate to leave!!

An amazing property!
This is our third time at this property. The location is unbeatable and the layout of the house is perfect for a family or group of friends. We loved the beach bikes and wish there had been beach chairs and an umbrella as we came from out of town. It was a warm week so having a fan in each room was great and would have liked a regular sized broom and dish towels to assist as we cleaned up. The house is showing a bit of wear and tear - windows stuck open, the couch needs replacing, the primary shower too hot and one of the dining chairs had a broken wheel. We loved the new Adirondack chairs on the back patio tho and overall had an awesome time! The property managers are incredibly responsive so I’m sure all these little issues will be quickly fixed.

Nice property - some issues
This is a lovely property and the owners have taken great care to supply the home with everything you might need for a beach vacation, including a well-stocked kitchen. We loved the view and the location! There is a musty odor in one downstairs bedroom that triggered one family member's allergies. None of us could sleep in that room due to the smell/allergy issue. Also, the listing advertised two side by side queens in one bedroom, but there is only one. The loss of anticipated sleeping space presented a challenge, but we still enjoyed many aspects of the home and would absolutely return if those issues were addressed.

It is right on the beach, The house is cozy, uncluttered and has everything needed except food. It was clean, it has outdoor furniture and a garage with bikes and beach equipment. Everything you review on VRBO is exactly what was in this home. Wonderful vacation.

Beautiful oceanfront views
This place was perfect for our family vacation. It was right on the beach and had the best views. It was clean, well maintained, and looked just like pictures....if not better! They had bikes to use and plenty of toys for our son to build his first sandcastle!! Would recommend!

Amazing beach vacation
Once again this property does not disappoint. A year or two in a few things showing their age (plastic chairs on the deck, the sofa). But overall everything was great! Could use some real beach chairs and the toy chest cleaned out. Location is amazing. The space in the house was perfect and plenty of kitchenware, beach towels, cruiser bikes, etc. nice touches all around! Will be back!

Beautiful Beach House
This home exceed our expectations. The view and direct beach acces is amazing. Once you go up the stairs to the kitchen, family room and balcony it is a perfect setup to enjoy your time at the home. Very well maintained and nicely decorated! The bar area is a nice bonus!

Now… we haven’t stayed at any other beach houses in the last 10 years to grade this experience against, BUT… WOW! We will definitely try to go back to this one! Could NOT think of anything it was lacking! Thanks to the owner for sharing their slice of heaven with me & my family. We made memories that will last a lifetime! well appointed house with beautiful views of the Ocean
This is a very spacious house that has been recently remodeled and furnished. Everything is new and clean. There are four cruiser bikes in the garage, and it is walking distance to the harbor and shops. We loved the kayaking which was only a couple blocks walk away. We love Hollywood Beach!

Best Vacation Week Ever
I almost don’t want to give a good review, because I want to keep this secret to myself…. This house is unbelievable. The layout is superior to all beach houses I have ever stayed at. The house had all the things a person really living in a house would need, while remaining clean and uncluttered. During the week it felt like our own private beach. This will likely be an annual trip for us.

Honestly couldn’t have had a better experience! The home was spectacular inside and out. The only thing I wish is that the owners would sell it! The views, the fully stocked kitchen! I would add that they DO have a grill on the property which I would have liked to know before arriving it wasn’t in the listing or photos - so if you want to BBQ there is a grill and plan ahead with groceries for that. Otherwise, we look forward to doing this again. Thank you for a spectacular experience!

Beautiful property
The home and location were great! But upon arrival it seemed as though the cleaners never came after the previous renters left. Trash cans were full, used bedding bundled on the beds and dirty towels and linens piled on the floor of the laundry room and various bathrooms.
