A good place for a stopover
Really lovely pub with good food and friendly owners/staff. Was a bit noisy early in evening but very quiet by bedtime. Perfect for a night and our plans and not far from the park and ride (parking charges in Oxford are very high - £15 for 2 hours not unusual)

Great pub accommodation
Clean fresh en-suite twin room with everything you could need. Excellent friendly host and superb beer served in the bar. Hot food was not available for breakfast but a small complementary cold breakfast was provided in the room. Recommended.

Fabulous, Jason the landlord was very accommodating and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Thai food in the restaurant was yummy. The bus stop close to the Queens Head was very handy for commuting into Oxford £4.50 return for the day.
