You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 10pm.

The home is walking distance from the city centre and is in a great location to get around Oxford and explore. The Jericho area is a vibrant neighbourhood in Oxford, and is home to Oxford University Press, the Blavatnik School of Government and the former Radcliffe Infirmary. Situated next to the canal, there are popular attractions in all directions, West is the historic Port Meadow, North along the canal is Wolvercote, East are the University Parks and South is the City Centre.
Oxford is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. Given the location of the home, most of Oxford's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. You’ll also be able to hail a taxi or use Uber to get around.
The home can be a little tricky to find but the check-in guide has a detailed explanation of how to find it. There’s also a phone number to call at any time if you’ll need help locating it. The home is on a quiet residential street, so we ask guests to please be courteous and treat the property and neighbourhood respectfully. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
