LOCAL All within a 10 minute walk you will find a fab selection of restaurants including The Tandem (family friendly, cosy pub with restaurant), AL-TAIF (Indian Restaurant), Apple Cafe (lovely community run cafe). Only a 4 minute walk to the local shop 'Best One' and 'The Co-Operative' is a 9 min walk. Post office is a 10 min walk and a 10 min drive away you will find a large 'Sainsburys' supermarket plus a fuel station.
OXFORD CITY CENTRE 5 minute walk to bus stop, number 35 comes every 20 minutes to Oxford city centre. Recommendations include: Christ Church College: featured in the Harry Potter films. The Ashmolean Museum: World's first university museum with rooftop cafe. Radcliffe Camera & St. Mary's Church: Oxford University buildings. Bodleian: One of the oldest libraries in Europe with over 12 million items. Westgate Complex: Shops, cinema and on top of the roof restaurants and bars. Punting: Popular leisure activity involving a boat and a pole on the rivers of Cherwell & Isis.
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. Shared spaces includes driveway as I live in the main house next door, but can assure you an uninterrupted stay!
SELF CHECK IN Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys and call outs, so please be careful with them.
PARKING Driveway parking space for one car.
LAUNDRY King bed will be dressed in hotel quality linen. Towels and travel size consumables provided for 4 guests. The linen for the sofa bed will be provided, and left next to it.
ACCESS & PARKING The apartment is completely private and for your use only. I live next door in the main house but can assure you your stay will be uninterrupted and the only shared space will be the driveway where you will have one allocated parking space.
AMENITIES Please take advantage of the Nespresso coffee machine. Capsules can be purchased from all Nespresso stores, one available in the new Westgate Complex in Oxford city centre.
My property management team and I will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance you may need.
LOCAL AREA The Tandem is a family friendly, cosy pub with restaurant just a short 5 minutes walk away. AL-TAIF Indian Restaurant - superb value for money just 10 minutes walk. Apple Cafe - lovely community run cafe - 6 minute walk. Kings Arms - riverside chain pub with a menu of traditional British dishes and a family-friendly vibe - 12 minute drive.

- Please respect the neighbours by keeping the noise down and no noise after 10pm
- No shoes inside
- When leaving the property please make sure you lock the front door, windows and back door
- If a guest locks themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply
- If a guest loses or breaks a set of keys, a £100 fee will apply
- Please make sure rubbish instructions are followed correctly, including using correct bin bags and taking outside in time for rubbish collection day
- Kitchen - please wash up after yourself
