* Unauthorized Guests:
- A $500 fee will apply per unauthorized guest beyond the reservation. Please ensure your guest count matches your booking details.

* Unauthorized Pets:
- A $300 fee will apply per unauthorized pet. Only approved pets are allowed as per our pet policy.

* Misuse of Hot tub:
- A $300 fee will be charged for any misuse of the hot tub.

* Freezing Temperature:
- During freezing temperatures, we recommend leaving faucets slightly dripping to prevent pipes from freezing.
