Charming one-story home built in 1915. The address is 1538 East Jackson Avenue. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. Wifi. Both charcoal and gas grills. Three reserved parking spaces..Just eight doors from the Oxford Square. The front porch has two rockers and two wrought iron chairs. The side deck has two wrought iron tables with chairs and large umbrellas. Easy walk to the Square and Ole Miss campus or take the free double-decker bus from the Square to the Grove on game day. Sip a beverage on the front porch and wave hello to people walking to and from the Square and campus. Enjoy a meal on the deck and make use of the wrought-iron furniture and gas and charcoal grills. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are available as well as an assortment of coffees and teas.

No one lives in this house so the closets and refrigerator are empty and at your disposal.

NOTE- I STRONGLY suggest that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in your vacation. This will help if you suffer an illness, cancelled flight, severe weather, etc. Go to https://www.allianztravelinsurance.com Also, some credit cards offer free or low-cost travel insurance.

This charming historic home is located just off the square in downtown Oxford and very close to Ole Miss campus! We enjoyed our bid day weekend! Home is just as described and the property manager was helpful! Hotty Toddy!

Perfect place to stay in Oxford
This home is so cute with a lot of Oxford decor! It is located within easy walking distance to the square and campus. My teenaged son and I came for a camp at Ole Miss and the house had everything we could have asked for. Steve was the very best host and was so helpful and welcoming! EASY walk to the square
The house was great. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. There is a front porch and a side porch with chairs and tables. The house is a short (uphill) walk to the square. Mr. Wooten was great. He was in contact with us a few days before our arrival. He did a walk through of the house via the phone when I got there. Everything went great!

Would Do It Again!! Fantastic!!
This property was an absolutely perfect location!! We were able to walk most every place we went. The home was well appointed and the owner so kind and easy to work with. The house is definitely older, but I considered it charming and cozy. The only only only thing that was not 5-star was the cleanliness...and that was really only the bathroom floors were really were quite dirty (floors only! the sinks,toilet,shower were all fine) and the kitchen (a few utensils looked like they had been put away without being cleaned at all). Even with those only slightly unpleasant findings, I would still stay again...in a heartbeat!! Loved loved loved it.

The location was fantastic—right off the square, within walking distance of the Ole Miss campus. We stayed for a game weekend, and for $9000 for a three night stay, it could have been cleaner. There were old clothes in drawers, various old nonfunctioning electronic components in closets and cabinets, etc.and the porches looked like they hadn’t been swept in weeks. There was trash under the beds, and a plethora of shampoo and body wash in all the bathrooms. The house was spacious and convenient, but I can’t give it 5 stars.
