"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "

"A beautiful little cottage, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. We made the most of our short stay by visiting Stonehenge, Old Sarum, Salisbury and Bath. Being December it was lovely returning to a warm and cosy Rose Barn. The freshly made bread, butter, marmalade and jam were a lovely addition. We would definitely return."

"Enjoyed my stay and the greater Salisbury area. There is noise from the neighboring busy road, making some sleeping a little difficult. But the flat was a good size and comfortable. The kitchen adequately supplied. It was especially nice to have a clothes washer handy. A bathroom mirror is needed. A good space for one or two but no more as extra bed linens are not supplied for the couch."

"This property was advertised as 'stunning apartment', 'newly rennovated'. Sleeps 5. And the location is great and looked quiet. BUT, It only sleeps 3, the apartment looked reasonably new, albeit the flooring was laid well. But it was filthy. The beds were really really old. The frame on the double was broken. The mattress was old, stained and uncomfortable. The sheets didnt smell clean and were visibly dirty. The duvet had blood stains on it. We went to get clean sheets but when we opened them...
