"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "Great location. Close to train station and grocery store. Short walk into center of town. Perfect for us at ages 85 and 74 years old. Nice kitchen to work in for meals. We were there three months and certainly would return. Jakub was a wonderful host and very attentive."

"Enjoyed my stay and the greater Salisbury area. There is noise from the neighboring busy road, making some sleeping a little difficult. But the flat was a good size and comfortable. The kitchen adequately supplied. It was especially nice to have a clothes washer handy. A bathroom mirror is needed. A good space for one or two but no more as extra bed linens are not supplied for the couch."

"I hate giving a bad review, and the booking team were helpful when I needed to get in early, and responded quickly to general enquiries, but the property..... The living room smelt really, really bad. No sound proofing, so the noise from drinkers started at 7pm and stopped at 3am. The cisterns of both toilets took an age to refill.
