Place just as described
Small house in a great location. Just what we needed. We took our children and nephews to Holiday World for two days. The drive wasn’t long and we were located around many choices to eat and a park near by.

Perfect house for our family!

90th Birthday Party
I had family in town for my father's 90th birthday party there were 5 adults and it was the perfect space. The house was well appointed, clean, and even had a fenced private back for our little puppy. Thank you for having a nice location for us to stay that was pet friendly. I would for sure consider staying there again.

We rented this air b&b for our trip to holiday world! We had 3 adults and 5 kids with us. There was more than enough room for all of us! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly! The house was easy to find and had everything we needed!! Our host was amazing! She messaged me the day before to let us know she didn’t have any prior guests and we could arrive early if we wanted! She gave me instructions for everything! They even had a supply of wood for the fire pit! She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed!! We will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic stay
Our stay was outstanding. This quaint location was perfect for what we were looking for. We mainly just slept here but it's also big enough to have a small family get together. Accommodations were clean and owner is very friendly and communicative. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting Owensboro.

We loved this place. It was just what we needed for our trip. It was close to a beautiful park and we were able to walk there with the kids. Also a quick drive to downtown where we are on the river! Perfect place to stay
We needed a place to stay for a few days while taking care of family business in the area, and also need a place that would accommodate a dog. This home is clean and quiet, and has a brand new interior. It was almost the same price as a hotel, but much more convenient, allowing easy access to dog walks and the ability to cook your own meals in a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back.

Location, location
Clean, welcoming, and comfortable is the best way to describe this house. Moreover, the location is perfect. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. There are no rear neighbors. And you’re only minutes from downtown/waterfront activities or shopping and food in the other direction. We loved our weekend here, and will look to return next year.

Was in town for a sporting event held at Owensboro Convention center. Location was perfect for that. The beds were very comfortable, the property was very clean, and well furnished. It was an extremely good value for the price. Will certainly look to stay here again next year.
