Other things to note:
This home sits on the edge of town right off of a paved road. It sits between highway 75 and highway 69. It is 3 minutes into the city of Owasso and 10 minutes to the city limits of Tulsa. The land sits at the entrance of a former 80 acre homestead, but is now home to multiple homes on 2+ acre lots. Next to this white house is the original barn that has been on the homestead since the 1930's. We call the house next door the "ugly" house. When you see it you will understand why.
