The seniora doing the night shift was extremely helpful. She went over and beyond to help us. Property a bit dated but very convenient and easy access to downtown restaurants and shopping. Having an EV charger was also a plus for us.

Hotel perfecto para un fin de semana
El hotel es perfecto para un fin de semana, muy limpio y la cama muy cómoda. Los recepcionistas muy amables. La ubicación es perfecta, a cinco minutos de la Catedral. Sin duda volveremos a reservar este hotel.

Tal y como les comenté en mi llamada telefónica, la habitación del hotel daba al patio donde estaban los compresores del aire, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y no pudimos descansar.

Muy buena ubicación, a 5 minutos andando de la catedral, y una zona silenciosa. La habitación muy limpia. Lo único que en Semana Santa nos pareció cara la habitación para tres adultos, y la tercera cama era una supletoria.

Estuvimos una única noche y lo único destacable del hotel es que la ubicación no está tan mal, la mayoría de zonas turísticas están a unos 10 minutos caminando, eso sí, empezando por una subida considerable. Al recibirnos, el recepcionista era bastante lento y tuvimos que esperar, además de tener problemas con la reserva. Siguiendo con el servicio, tuvimos un problema con la tarjeta que abre la habitación y tuvimos que bajar a recepción en dos ocasiones en las que lo único que hacían era recargarla, sin molestarse si quiera en ir a comprobar qué pasaba. Además, cuando nos fuimos, se encontraban una persona de la limpieza discutiendo con el recepcionista en plena recepción, que está en toda la puerta del hotel. Respecto a las habitaciones, entiendo que es de los hoteles más baratos de la zona, pero tampoco con tanta diferencia como para las camas incómodas (sobre todo la supletoria, la cual cuesta más de 25€ por noche). Además, la insonorización se refiere a las ventanas que dan a la calle, ya que, respecto al pasillo, puedes escuchar a cada huésped del hotel que pase. No puedo opinar acerca del restaurante porque no solicitamos ese servicio pero el que sí queríamos contratar era el aparcamiento, pero estaba completo, por lo que no confiéis en aparcar allí, el recepcionista os mandará a aparcar a una calle algo alejada o a un supermercado con parking de pago, ya que esa zona no cuenta con apenas aparcamiento. Llego al límite de caracteres pero, en resumen, no lo recomiendo.
