"Excellent property and facilities fun by highly trained hotel management students from Cornell. Superb communication and attention to details. Couple of things that stood out for our family: (1) Rooms were cleaned and organized every day as if it was a new occupancy. Coffee, condiments and water replenished to its original levels. Design of toilets and amenities were thoughtful for example shower controls were indented to avoid getting wet while controlling temperature. Thoughtful bathroom amenities that were of pristine quality. (2) Room size was spacious and space efficiently utilized. Plenty of storage space. (3) Customer support and service was par excellence - they fulfilled a special request for airport drop off 15 min ahead of their regular schedule. They had our luggage ready, loaded and seeked us out from a corner of the lounge where we were engrossed in deep conversation completely oblivious of the time. All in all a superb relaxing time for the family on a mission to tour the university. This was our first trip to Ithaca and hope to visit again. "
