The cottage is quite old inside and is in need of updating and modernising. We heard mice in the bedroom but this is to be expected as the house is in woodland. Overall a pleasent stay."

There is no door between the two bedrooms, just a staircase, which means no privacy. The bathroom is an en-suite off bedroom two on the top floor, so can only be accessed through that bedroom at night. Not great. It did spoil our stay.
