"Perfect for visitors to the old town. The only issue we encountered was with the kitchen appliances like the toaster and water boiler due to an electrical load problem. We reported it and hope they address the matter. Aside from that, everything was great, and we’d definitely rent the place again. The air conditioning was perfect!😊"

"This is our second time staying here. This trip was for 14 days. It’s a fantastic apartment in an amazing location. So close to everywhere either by walking, metro or bus! It has a lift which comes in handy! It feels like home and I can’t wait until we have another opportunity to return! The apartment is clean and the owner is very helpful with any questions you may have!"

"This was a very nice little stay for my family of 5. We got in REALLY late and had issues opening the door. I called and got an answer right away. The wifi puck wouldn't hold a charge, so the wifi was spotty but other than that it was perfect. I should mention that I didn't call or email about the wifi so I can't speak to their responsivness on that. I assume it would have been fixed if I'd reached out. It just wasn't that important to me. The AC is AMAZING! I will book again when I come back...

"Es una propiedad antigua y espaciosa. Hay que subir muchas escalas para llegar asi es que atentos con eso, no sé si en el anuncio esta especificado, pero nosotros no lo sabiamos. En general nuestra estadia estuvo bien , pero en algunas habitaciones faltaba mobiliario, la habitacion de mas arriba no tenia almohadas ni velador, asi tambien faltaban algunas frazadas"

"Location was excellent, very central for exploring, but that’s where the good rating ends. The accomodation was very run down and in need of TLC and refurbishment. It was reminiscent of student living back in the 90’s! For example, the coffee machine was broken, there was only one wine glass, some plug sockets were hanging off the wall, light bulbs out and windows wouldn't shut. It’s a good job that the weather was pleasant for our stay because we were not allowed to have the heating on!...

"Séjour correct mais plusieurs points a revoir. + La localisation, l'espace canapé séparé avec petite dépendance atypique pour la TV, quartier top, immeuble sécurisé. - la propreté, l'équipement sommaire, table de nuit en carton, lit qui se déplie/pas une vraie chambre, meuble à ustensiles de cuisine brinquebalants, cuisine très petite -le mot est faible-, on entend tous les bruits extérieurs par la fenêtre, volet qui se ferme mal et qui joint mal, pas de possibilité de poser ses valises...

"Bel appartement à proximité de la gare de Brignole, bien équipé (un four aurait néanmoins était un vrai plus). Les photos reflètent bien la réalité"

"Great location just opposite the cathedral so a view of the cathedral. Got a little noisy at times but can’t complain as the location was fantastic, walking distance to everything. Apartment was clean and very spacious, but the building is very old so not looking perfectly new but I think that’s to be expected and overall excellent value for money."
