"Great hotel, friendly staff, quiet, comfortable,and clean. Shower was great , the water was nice and hot. Food in the restaurant was fantastic, drinks at the bar are on the expensive side, breakfast was amazing would really have liked tomatoes though. Only stayed 1 night but would happily return. "

"On arrival we found out the room had changed and as we'd veen looking forward to this specific room, we were initially disappointed. The staff however went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and helped make it special with free drinks and unlimted golf. The room we were given was lovely and unique. We enjoyed it as much as we would have the other one i am sure. There is building ongoing to the new spa and to some rooms but it was never an issue and the noise was limited to reasonable times so not to disturb guests. The play area for kids looked epic, the golf was fun and the breakfast was fantastic with loads of choice and food made to order as well as a buffet. We had a short drive to the Dabaling Duck snd visted Rising castle, Castle Acre and took in the beauty of the small villages and scenary. All in all a lovely place and location to explore."

"We stayed at the Crown overnight ahead of visiting family. Charlotte was a fantastic host, really friendly & welcoming. We booked a meal in the bar for the evening too, which was lovely. Food was great and staff were really friendly. We stayed in the Lennne double room which was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable nights stay, with a lovely walk-in shower.The building is very old and quirky, with low beams and ceilings, and little steps that you have to watch out for, therefore it may not be suitable for disabled visitors. But luckily for us that isnt an issue so the features add to buildings charm. A full English breafast was included the next morning, cooked my Charlotte. The service again was warm and friendly. Food was excellent, locally sourced meats with unlimed coffee. Absolutely perfect. We were made to feel very welcome, and would definitely return for another stay. Thank you Charlotte and the team! "Very friendly staff, the food was amazing we had fish and chips with peas the fish was a good size portions couldn’t finish it. The room was brilliant well fitted out had a small kitchen that we didn’t expect to have, the views were amazing of the church. Every where was very clean.. will be booking again.. to all staff thank u for giving us an amazing stay "
