"Excellent stay with my wife. The ocean view was delightful. I opted for breakfast and that was a smart decision as it saved time instead of potentially looking for a place to every morning. I loved the shower bath combo in my room. Will book again. A big thank you to all of the staff who were resourceful and attentive. ☺️"

"Overall the hotel was great, staff were friendly n tip top service. Only thing is nearby hotel do not have any shops to buy snacks and drinks. The cost for food were also quite expensive especially the room fees exclude breakfast and we have to bring our own toiletries. I think its overprice."

"Beautiful room with balcony view and the indoor swimming pool especially is excellent and not too crowded. The hotel is overpriced in terms of the stay though and the breakfast buffet is the only service available in the morning which is exorbitantly expensive and limits options in the morning. Great to stay for the convenience of being near Disneyland and especially if you are looking at a 2 day trip. "

"Mostly what I would expect from a Novotel. However the toilet door wouldn't close properly and you can see the person using the toilet from the bed. Also both usb ports in the room were not working so we couldn't charge our devices. And at 3am we were rudely awoken by a scary loud bell ring that lasted a few seconds. Possibly a false fire alarm. Also the toilet was blocked. However the staff were very attentive and provided service quickly when requested. So a mixed experience for us."
