"We spent four nights at this property in late September - early October 2022. We drove from Lyon via Villefranche and Beaujeu, and arrived at the anticipated time. The directions provided by the owner were clear and precise, and we had no difficulty in finding the farmhouse. It is located in a small hamlet called Les Jacquets in Haut-Beaujolais, a few kilometres north-west of the village of Monsols in the Deux-Grosnes commune. "Our host was very helpful even making last-minute reservations at a 5 Star restaurant. This is a country home with all the charm. We had all the basic needs and it is a short drive to stores and restaurants. There are some steps to get to the bedrooms. Soap and Shampoo are bring your own. All linens and towels were provided as was a fully functioning Kitchen. If you need ice for cocktails buy it before you check in. Highly recommend if touring in this Wine region."
