This property is cozy and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The beds are super comfy and the location is perfect in Ouray. Five stars, I highly recommend!

I have stayed at this place about 4 times now. I have loved it every single time! The highlight is the amazing hot tub and river out back.

The location in Ouray is great. The room (and its balcony!) has amazing view and sounds of the river! Friendly service and clean rooms.

Second time staying here. Room looked exactly the same. Two massive beds, very comfortable. Lovely views of the river and in the afternoon gets some lovely sunshine. Nice hot shower. Easy walk along the river into town. A little overpriced but thats how Ouray works. Breakfast is lovely, mini doughnuts and pastries. Had yougurt too. Bare in mind that the hot tub is closed during the winter months. Staff are very friendly. Will def be back again next time with my wife and daughter.
