Alpine House: 3 Bed, 2 bath - wonderful 'in Ouray' location

The perfect rental home while in Ouray. Jeep or hike or swim in the hot springs, then walk to restaurants, grocery store, shops, bars, and waterfalls from this 3 bedroom home. Sleeps 7, queen, queen, double, and a twin. Wait until you see my large, well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable living/kitchen/dining area, nice fenced yard with table and chairs for dining outside under the Aspen trees, covered deck off the master bedroom, laundry room, non-barking dog OK with additional deposit, barbecue. Plenty of parking on the street as our house is on a corner. Owner is a licensed Realtor in the state of Colorado.

Perfect location to enjoy Ouray
We enjoyed this clean well situated little house. It was very comfortable and allowed us to walk everywhere including the awesome Hot Springs.

Perfect location, and just the right size for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped - it was so nice not to have to go buy all the little things you sometimes don’t have at a Vrbo. We enjoyed the games and puzzles and had a wonderful time!

Central to everything in Ouray. Easy walk to anything in town. It is clean, cozy, and super comfortable. Appreciated all the amenities like towels for the hot spings and the dog!

Very convenient location. Just a block from town and many restaurants, shops and groceries. My dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and also the ability to walk to the dog park that was 2 blocks away.

Alpine Escape
The "Alpine House" was an incredible stay for our family of 6 and small dog. The location was perfect for walking the town and a base camp for countless mountain activities. The home and property are very well maintained and Alice was a wonderful host. Absolutely recommend staying in this home and this region!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Ouray and the Alpine House was a great place to relax and spend time together. We found the house clean and neat, and appreciated the outdoor table where all 6 of us could comfortably share a meal. Alice was very accommodating, and the location is right in town.

Perfect house, close to everything, very clean
The house is in a great location, you can walk to the hot springs, perimeter trail and right downtown. Very clean and well kept and a great floor plan for socialization. The renter did a great job communicating everything and even stopped by to say hi and make sure everything was going well. We will definitely be going back and would recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the area.

Nice house and yard!
The house is nice and clean and the furniture is quite comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. You can eat at the counter sitting on a stool or at the table and chairs. The house has a roomy grass yard which was great for our son's dog. We enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs on the patio at the back of the yard. We were within a very short walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were quite pleased with our stay at Alpine House.

We arrived after dark and the house was very cold. It took a long time to warm up. I understand wanting to keep energy costs down but since it takes so long to warm up maybe raise the temp a little.
