Our 2-bedroom, 1 bath condo is all about its exceptional location. Located just a block from Main Street in downtown Ouray, this condo is just a short walk to everything that Ouray offers!

There is street parking for guests on 5th Avenue, facing the condo building.

This condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an electric fireplace, and an outdoor patio with a gas grill. Although this unit doesn't have a dedicated washer and dryer, there is coin-operated guest laundry in the complex's common area.

Nestled at 7,800 feet, Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs. Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great getaway!
We stayed in the condo for a week. Has all the amenities that you need. Has full size stove and fridge although we did not do any cooking. Comfortable beds and plenty of mirrors for getting ready. Our favorite part was the unit we stayed in had a ground level porch to sit out and enjoy the evening. Location is right off the main road so it is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect for two. Clean, adequately accessorized and a great location close to everything in Town. Easy parking away from the crowds. This is a ground floor unit. Really nice to avoid the stairs. Only one issue - the floor for the unit above is very noisy. You can hear every footstep. It wasn’t the tenants, it’s an old floor.

The Condo had nice beds, nice living room and a serviceable kitchen. The kitchen met all of our needs for days we cooked. It also had a great grill outside. One block away is Main Street. This helped eliminate having to worry about driving and parking to go eat. You were also a couple blocks away from jeep rentals, shopping and adventure rentals. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. They are outstanding and easy to work with when needed. We will definitely stay here again when in Ouray

Ouray Stay
Overall enjoyed the stay. The carpet had pet stains that I wasn't pleased with. The property had no air conditioning which wasn't terrible but I feel that it should have been in the description of the property not in the check in process after it was already paid for. Ceiling fans in the bedroom would help a lot with this and help drown out the squeaky floors from the people upstairs walking around, quite noisy.

Fantastic location to downtown Ouray
Very nice, modern condo with all the conveniences that you might find at a similarly priced hotel/vacation spot. Our only regret was the 1980's style coffee maker (auto drip) and the faulty TV/Cable that we barely used in between outdoor excursions. For families with kids, the TV is a must- it needs to work consistently. We found it difficult to keep DISH engaged in order to watch local channels. Other than that- it was a great stay and access to downtown venues was a simple walk to main street. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future. T.M. Stirman McKinney, Texas

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 2 bedroom unit is located in a quiet street just on Ouray’s Main Street. The unit is cozy. The furnishing are dated. We had someone in the unit above us for a couple nights. We could hear everything and when they walked it was very noisy. That is the biggest complaint. Also, I rented this through Expedia where it had a nightly rate of $275. However, once all the fees/taxes were added in, it was over $400 a night. Be aware how much gets added to your rental price.

Reviewer Comments: Location was convenient but there were some serious draw backs: having to download an app to check in was not convenient while traveling in a low reception area (thanks for texting the code though!), the wifi was extremely poor, the condo was more like a basement apartment (not clear from pics), unfortunately the neighbors above were really loud and you could hear everything (!), there was a dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door, beds were ok but not comfy, and would have Loved a washer and dryer (my bad for not checking amenities in a condo). All in all a great location and very practical and last minute, but would not get again. Last but not least, overpriced. It was the most expensive stay on my trip and my least favorite.
