Beautiful bungalow with outdoor kitchen, within walking distance of the beach.

In this bungalow, which has a wonderful charisma due to modern design and coziness, everyone will feel completely comfortable. Thanks to wide doors (min. 85cm) and various other provisions in the bathroom and bedroom, the bungalow is also suitable for wheelchair users. 

From the hallway, you enter the cozy living/dining area. Enjoy the benefits of the modern and comfortably equipped open kitchen. The oval table with bench and chairs can seat 6 people. This is a great place to socialize alongside meals. In the adjoining living area, you can relax on various seating, play games with your children, or all together watch your favorite show on the TV.

In 3 quietly located bedrooms, you will find your well-deserved night's rest. The first bedroom - accessible from the hallway - has a bunk bed 2 x 90 x 200 cm, which is also suitable for adults. From the living area, a door leads to two more bedrooms. The first has its own bathroom with a toilet, lowered sink, and level shower with a folding shower chair. An additional shower chair can be added if needed. The two box-spring beds 90 x 200 cm are on rollers and can therefore be easily moved. The slatted frame is adjustable at both the head and foot sections, and the bed also has an exit light. The other bedroom is furnished with a double box spring bed 180 x 200 cm and additional storage space under the bed. A separate toilet with a small hand basin and a bathroom with a ground-level shower, bathtub and sink complete this part of the bungalow.

The fenced patio area on the west side is easily accessed through a door in the living room or bedroom. While the grill master is behind the grill, the rest of the company enjoys the aperitif in the spacious lounge set with cushions or on one of the sun loungers. Delicacies are then enjoyed at the dining table with 6 chairs, above which is a Raff sun sail, making the place a cozy dining area on hot summer days. You can safely place brought or rented bicycles under the roof behind the lockable garden door.

There is a washing machine available in the house. You may only leave your car in front of the bungalow for loading and unloading. After that, it must be parked in the parking lot about 100m away in the park for 1.50 €/day or outside the park free of charge.

If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The bungalow can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
