"We really liked our room in Delft. High up on the tenth floor, we had a wonderful view. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel seemed understaffed at times. Our room didn’t get cleaned one day, so we had to go down to request some fresh towels. The woman working at the coffee bar was kind enough to bring them up when she had time. And the hotel is adjacent to the train station, so you couldn’t ask for more convenient transit options. It was interesting sharing laundry facilities with the students living there—they certainly had figured out all the tricks to reserve the limited washers, but we eventually got to wash what we needed. "
