"This was one of, if not the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful. Our room was impeccable with comfortable beds, heated bathroom floor beautiful balcony with view of Lake Geneva. We did not care for the restaurants, but that was our personal choice. If you want a 5 star hotel - stay here, you will not be disappointed."

"Amazing staff-- answered all questions, helped with returning the rental car, easy check in, attentive and kind. Lovely location with views of Chateau d'Orchy and Lake Geneva. Beautiful sunset. Room with open beams."
