Lots of light from big windows, kitchen big enough for small table to eat, small desk in living room and ample closet space! Somewhat noisy at night due to inner court yard and strangers ringing door bell excessively one night. Can be a shoddy neighborhood at night, but no problem during daylight hours. Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one).
