"Two minutes walk to the beach. Comfortable and warm all facilities clean and tidy. The stares are a bit narrow; however, it didn’t cause us any problems. We spent lots of time out on the deck with a view of the sea. We contacted the owner as I had a problem (my fault) with the lock safe and she was very pleasant and helpful. We will use this accommodation again in the future. "

"Home was in great location. Home a little tired. In need of new heaters they are rusty and plug corrosion. Stairwell, spiral, very unsafe for children and safety rails definitely not to code. Top bunk bed has no safety rails. Some electrical? Home was well equipped though to meet needs for a holiday. We did enjoy our stay overall."

"It was a lovely place in a prime location. As a family we felt right at home, enjoying the ocean view from the lounge. With the park and beach near, it made life so much easier with both babies and a child. Hope to visit again soon. "

"This place is immaculate. It is easy to feel ‘at home’ straight away. Everything we needed was there and the hosts were very helpful. Close to town and also to the lake. Waihi beach less than 10 minutes away and others not much further. The Hauraki Rail Trail so close. It was quiet and all in all, a great place to stay."

Great location with a short walk to beach and shops. Linen, furniture, appliances in fact everything is of high quality High five to all involved with that property 10 out of 10"

"Was cosy and warm on a wintry weekend. Kids loved playing outside in a great fenced area, while the parents were able to relax on the deck as they played. Shops within walking distance. Beach within walking distance. We definitely would stay again."

"Beautiful little studio. Its new immaculate with quality amenities, and everything you could ask for. Lovely little private courtyard, and perfect location with only a couple of minutes walk around the corner into town or the beach. Only minor thing missing for me personally was a USB point. "
