"On our arrival at Love Lane the temperature outside was starting to drop (1st Feb 25), on opening the door the warmth from the heating hit you. The property was very clean, modern and cosy with extra blankets if you should need them. The owner lives at the back of the property and while we were there we didn't here them at all. Bed and bathroom were clean with plenty of room to move around. Tea and Coffee supplied with an additional coffee machine and pods was a nice touch. If you had any issues...

"The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. "

Parking was difficult, often parking over the other side of the park due to all the nearer parking spaces being full. "This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. "

The only thing missing from this two bedroom apartment is dedicated parking which can be tricky if you want free parking or expensive for paid parking (the cheapest we found was directly behind the apartment and was 2 overnight and 1.90 per hour between 7:30 am and 7pm or 24.8 per day)"
