"The room was extra spacious and the beds were comfortable. The carpet was stained, torn and in bad shape. Things seemed clean overall. "Communication with Fernando was quick, efficient and very helpful. The apartment was perfect: a quick walk from Mass St as well as KU campus, the interior is recently (re)finished so “new” and an absolute delight in which to relax. Highly recommend!!!"
