The first floor features an inviting open-concept living and kitchen area with coastal-inspired decor. The fully stocked kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A large sliding glass door opens to a screened-in porch, offering breathtaking river views and the perfect spot for outdoor dining or lounging. Also on this level, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with patio access and a full bathroom for added convenience.

Upstairs, the master suite provides a private retreat with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the river—ideal for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a quiet moment. The second floor also includes a third bedroom, thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests of all ages with two built-in twin bunk beds and an additional king bed. A full bathroom and a laundry area are also located on this floor for your convenience.

The outdoor living spaces are truly exceptional. Step out onto the multi-level patio to find plenty of seating options for entertaining or simply soaking in the natural beauty of the river. The firepit adds a cozy touch, perfect for roasting marshmallows or enjoying an evening under the stars.

Whether you’re lounging on the screened-in porch, relaxing by the firepits, or waking up to the calming views from the master suite, On The Rocks offers a riverside retreat that’s as tranquil as it is inviting.

Parking:
We grant access to park one car in a pre-assigned spot. If you have more than one car, please let us know so we can make arrangements. Please be mindful of neighbors and do not block any driveways.

Interaction with Guests:
We are SO glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorities

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am.  Events, parties or gatherings in or around the home are forbidden. Tents are not allowed on property. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

We love pets, however we have some limitations. On the Rocks has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave fido unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking this rules.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. This policy applies to all animals. Non-compliance with either policy will result in a $300 fine.
