This breathtaking BRAND NEW home is walkable to all that Heritage Harbor has to offer: Pickleball and Volleyball courts, Harbor Walk, Marina Shop and Convenience Store and Paddle Wheel Park. After you explore Heritage Harbor, be sure to check out downtown Ottawa - only 5 minutes away! You'll certainly enjoy your time in, too. With three gorgeous levels, 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms, your group of 8 will love this home!

Layout:
This home has THREE amazing levels! You'll find all of the common areas on the open second floor: kitchen, dining, and living room as well as a half bathroom. In addition the first floor hosts a stunning master suite with a king sized bed and en suite bathroom. In the finished basement there is a bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds and a full bathroom. The first level houses a queen sized bed and a full bathroom.

Parking:
There is a two car garage as well as street parking!

Interaction with Guests:
We are SO glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorities

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our naptime.

I am very happy with the location, close to town and Hungry Rocks State Park.
I am very happy with the location, close to town and Hungry Rocks State Park. The house is clean, the rooms are large and comfortable, and there is a fully equipped kitchen. A great rental. The property staff was very helpful.
