"Great view! Was great place to stay while visiting Kawaguchiko to see Mt Fuji. Close to train station and hence to nearby tourist spots. Public bath wasn't hot enough, but still warm and had the mountain view which was nice. Would love to stay again!"

"Clean, spacious room with amazing view of Mt Fuji from a balcony. It’s giving 70s but I don’t mind it. You can walk around the property and enjoy nearby beautiful surroundings. Staffs are helpful and friendly "

"Hotel was well kept, very spacious for a Japanese hotel, fantastic view of Mt Fuji, very good breakfast, free shuttle to train stations and very helpful/friendly/professional staff. Our only small negative comment is in regard to the older shuttle driver. He became known as “Grumpy-san” to our family. We are able to converse in basic Japanese, but he would only grunt at us and other riders even when greeting him. Also, he was not very shy about laying on the shuttle horn at tourist which was surprising. Overall Hotel Regina Kawaguchi was a great place to stay and is recommended. "

"Amazing views of mount fuji! Only recommendation is to make dinner reservations in advance since there is not food available if you don’t have a reservation and there is nothing near the hotel."
