"We (couple) were very late arriving due to an issue earlier that day. Once we figured out the right phone number to call, the staff were only too happy to stay back an extra half hour for us to check in. Due to our late arrival we didn't get to spend long here but we certainly enjoyed our short stay; the room was comfortable, warm and clean, the facilities were good and the communal spaces were warm and welcoming. "Limited choices of food"

"Friendly and accommodating staff. The public bath was very nice...inside/outside arrangement. Note: only a few rooms had western style beds. Most of the rooms were tatami mats and bedding for the floor, a unique and enjoyable experience."
