"The pictures show thatched roof buildings, but we were placed in concrete structures with no charm despite the hotel not being remotely full. The real horror show was the restaurant. Service took over 1 hour to deliver food and al food came with missing components - no bacon on the bacon cheese burger, meat loaf instead of a burger, and schnitzel that was not thined basically a pork chop in batter"

"They didn’t have our hotels.com reservation and the type of room booked had no vacancy, but we were promptly given an upgrade with no problems or hesitation and the room was beautiful. "It's outrageous that Aloegrove has a rating less than 5 stars! If you are driving to Etosha or back from Etosha, stop at Aloegrove, and stay two nights.
