Easy to find from the motorway and paid parking was a bonus and right outside of the main building. Lovely welcome from the reception staff and the public areas are well presented and comfortable. "I adored this place! From the moment you pull up, you know it's special. The lobby is great, rooms beautiful, views gorgeous. The downstairs bar and seating areas scattered on other floors give you ample options to relax outside of your room. It's a very easy walk to the aqueduct and fabulous restaurants like Jose Maria. Excellent staff."

"Staff at Palacio de Valderrabanos was great as they were very helpful even as we made our check-in an hour after new years. The property is amazing and with a very rich history, so very recommendable to stay. Parking was not that close and was not part of the hotel, but is understandable in such a historic landmark. Extremely recommended."

"Esperábamos más de lo que nos encontramos, al principio estuvimos en la habitación número 14 y era un verdadero desastre: 2 perchas (1 de ellas rota) para 4 personas, el water se levantaba del suelo (no estaba bien sellado), el soporte de la ducha a una altura superior a 2 Metros, el Store pegado con cinta americana, sábanas rotas con manchas y la calefacción no iba del todo bien. "Stayed for business. I was early for check-in, not only did I get the room, but I was given an upgrade! The room was spacious, the bed super confortable, the minibar very well stocked, good shower and stuff. The breakfast was great! And I also had dinner at their restaurant and it was pretty good too. There are at least 4 restaurants that looked great walking distance. "
