Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have...

"We stayed from just before Thanksgiving to just after Christmas. The location was perfect for us - it was almost an exact central point in relation to our families scattered around the suburbs."

"Your place is lovely and exactly as listed. Wish it was longer then a night....but for the one night we stay it was so peaceful and relaxing. Really like the little touches with the chocolates and waffle maker. Only difference I would do is have one flavored coffee syrup not sugar free (only because I have an allergy to sugar free) or maybe some honey. "Hotel staff were great. “Suite” was a total disaster. Carpets were at least 10 years old with holes and furniture was as old and very uncomfortable. Never would have rented this “Suite” if we knew the true condition. Online pictures paint a very different picture."
