"We loved Ostuni and our apartment which gazed toward the sea. It was an easy walk to shops and restaurants in Old Town. It's very peaceful at night (except for one cat.) When arriving it's a bit of a climb to the apartment so hail a tuk-tuk, which are everywhere. Easy check in and check out and conveniently located to many Puglian villages and beaches. "

So why the mark-down on listings when the villa was every bit as good as described? There was a misunderstanding on additional billing for electricity usage.
