Gemütliches Nest
Die Ferienwohnung liegt herrlich ruhig in einem dicht bewaldeten Wohngebiet am südlichen Ortsrand von Prerow. Das Holzhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und natürlich gestaltet (überall Lehmputz) und eingerichtet (Naturholzmöbel) und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war nett. Sich Fahrräder für die Zeit vor Ort zu leihen macht absolut Sinn, falls man nicht eh schon welche dabei hat. Was die Freude ein wenig trübt, betrifft die Sauberkeit - die Wohnung scheint schon länger nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt worden zu sein. Spinnen waren jedoch entgegen der Beschreibung kein Thema. Ein wenig vermisst haben wir einen sonnigen Platz am Haus, denn es ist alles sehr zugewachsen. Wen das nicht stört und wer Hunde hat/mag, für die/den dürfte das Urlaubsdomizil perfekt sein.

Sehr schöne Lage
Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Umgeben von sehr viel Grün wohnt man direkt im Wald. Den Außenbereich konnten wir leider aufgrund der Mückenplage nicht richtig nutzen. Sehr netter Vermieter, der sich sofort um das Wohl seiner Mieter kümmert. Einzig die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft ließ ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig. Aber es ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen.

Ruhige, entspannte Tage
Wir hatten zwischen den Jahren ein paar schöne ruhige und entspannte Tage in Prerow. Die Fewo liegt ein bisschen versteckt im Wald. Am morgen begrüßt ein Hahn den neuen Tag in der Ferne, die Vögel zwitschern und die vielen hohen Bäume säuseln vor der Tür. Für eine kleine Auszeit ist dieser Ort genau richtig.

Weihnachten im Lehmhaus
Man könnte sagen zurück zu den Wurzeln, wenn man in einem Lehmhaus mit Holzfenstern die nach aussen öffnen Urlaub macht. Aber es gibt dort sogar WLAN und TV inkl. Pay TV. Uns hat es sehr gefallen unsere Weihnachtsfeiertage dort zu verbringen, es war sehr ruhig gelegen und rundherum natürlich. Und es war super das wir den Hund mitnehmen durften. Gerne wieder Grüße von Familie Steinke

Toller Winterurlaub in idyllischer Unterkunft
Wir waren von Beginn an hin und weg, über die Heimelichkeit und Geborgenheit, die das Lehmholzhaus ausstrahlt und schenkt! Es waren wunderschöne Dezembertage und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Lage in Mitten von Grün trotz Nähe zu anderen Häusern war wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit Andreas war sehr willkommend!

Die FeWo hat eine hervorragende Lage für Strandausflüge und Fahrradtouren. Die FeWo liegt am Waldrand, durch den Baumbestand ist die Wohnung etwas dunkel. Die Räumlichkeiten sind funktional ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist nett und gibt gern Tipps für Ausflüge.

Tiefenentspannter Aufenthalt für Mensch und Hunde
Ich habe selten so einen freundlichen und unkomplizierten Vermieter erlebt. Er war immer ansprechbar und hat uns sogar noch zusätzlichen Platz für unser Rohfleisch im Frost ermöglicht. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Da wir im März dort waren, konnten wir leider nicht draußen sitzen. Das ist bestimmt wunderschön im Sommer im Garten.
