"The rooms are very spacious and comfortable but the heating was too hot. Also they only provided 1 large towel per person, there were no hand towels. They provided one bottle of water free of charge, it would have been nice one bottle per guest. Also they should either provide more coffee capsules or the option to buy more. "

"Right next to the Hauptbahnhof and close to shops and restaurants, breakfast was also included in our stay. Despite being next to the station it was quiet and we were not disturbed. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Reception was helpful and check in and out efficient as you would expect. Breakfast had options for any diet, I’m vegan and had no problems. Best to avoid the dining room between 8.30 and 10 at weekends, It’s super busy. The hotel is in close proximity to the markets as well...

"The location of the hotel is great and just one stop from the main train station. It is located on a quaint plaza and mini Christmas market. It has nice touches such as free gluwein and treats in the lobby. The room was big and we had free access to items in the minibar. Everything was terrific except that we had to wait almost half an hour for someone to show up at the reception to check us in and give us our hotel keycard. Overall I highly recommend the place and would stay here again!"
