"I found all the staff I met very friendly and helpful. The children play area and the swimming pool looked amazing too. My room was very large with a walking wardrobe etc. But the bed was very "firm" to the point of being uncomfortable and the pillows were similarly hard and so difficult to sleep well. It is a shame that the bed spoilt the stay at the hotel and would prevent me from staying there again."

"La struttura è tutta molto curata. Abbiamo tanto apprezzato gli esterni e la tranquillità che si respira. Le stanze non sono molto grandi ma ben arredate, in linea con lo stile del casale. Buona e varia la colazione con piatti dolci e salati. La cosa che ci ha colpiti di più è stata la dedizione e la gentilezza di Daniela, ottima padrona di casa."

"Mooi verzorgde agriturisme op een geweldige plek! Het ligt boven op een berg met mooi uitzicht. Dus wel even een klimmetje omhoog met de auto. Ruime en schone kamer/badkamer Heerlijk eten, gezellige eigenaren (NL en I) en mooi om ook het boerenbedrijf te zien functioneren (vooral koeien en kippen). Goede plek om de omgeving te verkennen. "

"Trovato per caso si è rilevata una ottima scelta, immerso nella campagna Marchigiana tra girasoli, coltivazioni e silenzio... buona la colazione servita all'esterno dalla moglie di Enrico il gestore . Davvero da consigliare anche perché in buona posizione per molte escursioni , mare,frasassi,cittadine e borghi circostanti. "Very pleasant overnight stay before catching a plane from Ancona airport, a 20 minute drive away. Friendly and very helpful staff. All usual amenities, only 3 rooms above a restaurant with swimming pools. Very quiet and rural.The restaurant was not open when we were there but they would have been prepared to cook us a meal if we wanted, but of their choice ! The nearest other restaurants are about 15 mins drive away so I would recommend taking advantage of this offer if their choice suits...

"if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...
