"So when I got there i had my reservation in for the day changes to a day ahead and had my email with a confirmation saying I was all set and when I got there it was never changed. Ugh! Took longer to check in and i only had so much time before wedding i was attending. Also when i told the front desk my room hair dryer didn't work i was giventhe "oh well". so that sucked"

"Needed a place to stop on our way to Maine, on Cape Cod near the Tree House Brewing Sandwich location and this fit the bill. Clean room, all that was needed was there. Refrigerator was very cold, microwave worked, and slept through the night. Walking distance to the restaurant next door so had a good meal as well. Would stop again."

"All together our stay was amazing. It was a really good area. Only six minutes to the beach was so many yummy restaurants around, our room was pretty clean. The pillow covers had a couple stains on them, but we just ended up taking them off. And even when I went to tell the front desk, just a heads up, they were super accommodating and ready to help in anyway they could . There are ants, but not a whole bunch just a couple (1 or 2) you know it’s summer. There was an odd smell like almost a musty...

"We enjoyed the time spending there. That is mostly fit us well due to the circumstance for which we were there. My wife liked every minute of it and so did I; but I simply wish there were some coffee there, along with the coffee maker. So, I wouldn’t have to go out just for that, the first night we got there. "

"The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful including those at the front desk, at poolside and in the breakfast room. They have a beautiful pool with warm water and two saunas. The only negative was that the hot tub and one sauna were in need of service. "

"I stayed at the Mansion House Inn and Spa during the off season with my brother. The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff helpful and cheerful, and the location one of the best in Vineyard Haven. The location is second to none— it is right around the corner from the ferry, located right on main street, and has plenty of dining options only a minute away. Just a heads up— reaching the parking spot is a little tight. Other than that, we fully enjoyed our stay!"
