"The location of this property was charming and full of character. The view from the windows was beautiful and it was clean. Bergen was the first stop of our Norway vacation. On Top of the City was perfect for our family of 4. The host, Jonas, was responsive and answered my questions promptly. The property is on the 3rd floor so there is a spiral staircase, no elevator. "The host was very helpful in guiding us to and inside the property when we arrived late at night (our phones weren’t so helpful and took a while to connect to cell service to read the instructions.) We recommend restarting phones asap upon arrival in Bergen. Conveniently located in a neighborhood close to busses and grocery with all the comforts of home Lovely Pub nearby, Dr Weiseners. "This apartment was exactly as described. We thought it was pretty great! It took us a few tries to figure out the washing machine and drying racks but we got it. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen— not just coffee and tea but cinnamon and parchment paper. too."

"Die Lage direkt am Fjord und den Bergen ist großartig, man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein das es weit abgelegen ist und Ausflüge etwa nach Bergen oder zu anderen Orten entsprechend lange dauern. Der Check in war dank Schloss mit Zahlenkombination äußerst einfach. Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Selbstbedienung und allem was man braucht befindet sich praktischerweise im Ort. Leider war das Objekt bei unserer Ankunft ziemlich schmutzig, was gerade in Anbetracht der 1000 NOK Endreinigungskosten...

Rooms were plenty of space and i appreciated that it had a full kitchen and bathroom, however there was only one window on the roof and I could not open it due to the rain.
