It was a very awkward location and the amenities are non existent. The bed ws slanted on one side, so much that I kept rolling off the edge, would never stay there again. The staff was super friendly and helped us with pillows and hairdryers, no complaints whatsoever there, lovely people!

Ibis Budgets can be often awful, but this one was once, probably fairly new. Nice decor, very helpful staff.

Unlucky coincidence…
As we discovered upon checkin, the room is VERY small. As the weather wasn’t great, we spent a bit more time in the room then anticipated. In the morning there was a power outage, so in a room you’re not familiar with you need to get ready for the day and to check-out without electricity… it’s a challenge. Also the staf was able to offer limited breakfast waiting for a bread delivery…

It's a great place to stay for short term visits. It can be loud because it's closer to the airport, but it stops after 12 am. The woman during check in was a not the nicest, rushed and didn't explain anything. Clean and comfy bed and covers!

IBIS BUDGET OSTEND AIRPORT
This has to be one of the best Ibis Budget's we have stayed in. Our young one missed the usual over-bed bunk and the pull down bed did limit the space available. The provision of the USB ports is a great idea and there were plenty of them! Shame we had forgotten our euro mains adaptor and bought a new one on the ferry to charge phones, tables and games console. A comfortable and relaxed stay. Very good staff and facilities. The new bar when it is finished will be a useful addition.

Convenience and great value!
This was a very convenient location, great value stay! Easy access to Bruges, Ostend and only an hour from Calais. The parking included in stay and a complimentary breakfast made this a really good value option. Hotel was clean and rooms small but functional, service was nothing to write home about but I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
